		<description>Bravo, this sounds like an excellent endeavor.  I have been extremely interested lately in how we consume energy from food (and use even more to process it prior to consumption).  Waste abounds.  I am sure there are similar inefficiencies in all facets of industry.  While the &quot;solution to the energy crisis&quot; seems elusive and overwhelming, I believe there are more attainable victories to be had starting now.
